Made by an architect who was tired of copying specs from supplier pages.

Intspec is made by one person, in Slovakia, for the part of design work that is neither design nor work: typing supplier data into a spreadsheet, then into a layout, then again after a change.

Why it exists

A lighting schedule for one apartment — forty products, eleven values each — took the better part of an afternoon by hand: open the supplier page, find the dimensions, the finish, the price, type them into a sheet, lay the sheet out, export, fix, export again. The values were already on the supplier pages. The work was moving them.

Intspec moves them. You paste the links; it reads the pages, writes the eleven fields, and marks every value it wrote so you can see what to check. On a real project, 216 links took four minutes and twenty-two seconds. You still check every value. You stop typing them.

What it is not

• Not a chatbot. The model is an extraction engine behind the table; Ask answers from your own rows through fixed queries and never invents a product.
• Not a generic scraper. It reads product pages for product data — eleven fields, units normalised — not whole sites into text.
• Not a procurement suite. No purchase orders, no invoicing, no client portal. The spec sheet, done well, is the whole job.

How it is run

• Hosted in the EU, backed up nightly, restore-tested. Email and password sign-in only.
• Numbers on this site are measured on production and dated, or they are not on this site. There are no customer logos or quotes yet because there are no customers yet.
• Supplier pages are read only when you press Extract, only for the rows you chose, and your data is never used to train a model.

Intspec is operated by Ing. arch. Marko Rimár, a sole proprietor established in Slovakia. The founder answers hello@intspec.studio — the same person who builds it, usually the same day.
